This is a full VHF/ UHF radio Stu so yes you can run any frequency you like in the relevant bands. Short answer is yes it will work on the LCCSA frequency.

I listen in to the planes at the airport to check I've got it connected properly and can also listen in to military aircraft when at fly shows etc and with good conditions can get surprisingly long distance comms out of it.

Check with Joe Berg on LCCSA to make 100% though
