Anyone who knows me knows I’m no car dealer, but this is for sale here and as a modified vehicle, it causes problems for a new owner to transfer the registration and therefore it will be difficult to sell.

I have no idea how difficult it may be to import it to the UK or register it there, but if anyone wants more details, please ask and I'll find out what I can.

I’m told (from a trusted friend) that it's in good condition chassis and bodily (but obviously not perfect) but no rot, and very reliable and mechanically sound.

I’ve not seen it but I’ll make the effort to look at it and give an opinion, if there’s any genuine interest.

The photos were taken today, in the rain / sleet, and there's been no attempt to clean or polish it up to make it look better than it is.

It has been repainted professionally, and the visible patterned finish is wrap and therefore removable.

It’s a 3.0 lt KZJ auto with ARB lockers front and rear. It comes complete with the (removed) original parts, such as the bumpers, side-skirts etc., a detailed parts list will be made available, if wanted.

Like I said, I’ll try to get more details, maybe a VIN or whatever else anyone wants to know about it.

He’s asking 15k Euro (circa 13,200 GBP) and having lived here for 17 years, I have no idea of its value in the UK.

I have no vested interest...

You mentioned pics Clive……

So I did, how remiss of me... I remember now, I was using Ana’s iPad and it doesn’t import photos received on my phone

Here they are, for what they’re worth...

Valentin's car! Nice one!

You know him then,

I don’t as it happens, it was Dan (Patrol) that called me yesterday, to see if i could help out.

Is that right Shayne? I was concerned that he was asking OTT, but I know nothing of the value of these trucks.

The biggest task will be import for the UK, but it’s out there now, if anyone’s interested.

Depending on its true condition of course but it looks to me a good truck well sorted with rear disk brakes , drawers and compressor , a decent lift , custom wheels (not cheap) , winch , winch bumper , sliders , and as a bonus from my point of view a mechanical fuel pump as far as i can tell which mean a lot more power than standard can be coaxed out of it .

The only thing that lets it down is the rear bumper ad spare wheel are missing ?

If you figure into the price how long it would take and what it would cost to source buy and fit all the extra's , assuming you could find a similar solid base truck to start with i reckon the cost of getting it here is figured into the haggle factor .

You’ve extracted a lot from thos photos Shayne, way more than I have, I just hit the post button!

All I do know is that the owner (Valentin... it seems) is an enthusiast, and loves his 78, but he wants an 80 instead, so it has to go. I can’t blame him

So, even though I haven’t seen it yet, I’d imagine the work on it has been done well and that they are worthwhile upgrades or add-ons.

Hi everyone :)
First, thank you Clive for the post, the list of mods and repairs is very long. Since then i did not stop on investing in the car. One of the latest mods, i now have manual control over the gearbox without a supra stick :) wich is mental when driving in low :). Manual or Auto all at a touch of a switch.
Next mod is to put an electric cooling fan with a programable speed and temp controler, 2 temps and 2 speeeds on an brushless fan.

lovely looking truck, its clearly been looked after and used properly. All the best with the sale!

Thank you, my problem is that i am looking at it every day :) just had a laugh with a friend today when told him it never pass a month without improving something to the car
