LC FJZ105R with increasing idle speed.

hi have a 2000 105R 4.5 6cyl with 210,000 km never had a problem or failure at all. Last week started fluctuating at stationary idle and not returning to normal idle sometimes when driving. Normal idle about 700 when it jumps up its about 1700 stationary in neutral.
checked linkages etc all good not sticking,
checked throttle body cleaned with pressure pack MAP/throttle cleaner all looks good'
checked rubber hoses replaced two with possible cracks/leaks, air cleaner hose seems good'
checked and removed idle up fuze from fuze box in left inner guard - no improvement,
removed elec plugs to TPS and idle sensors in throttle body cleaned and replaced,
STILL does it - its occassional not consistent - anyone had and fixed this problem?

hi all solved issue myself in the end. turned out to be 'gunk' in throttle body - fix was to remove throttle body from inlet manifold, remove four bolts and hoses etc, and clean throttle body with quality cleaner spray and replace. spraying cleaner thu throttle body with it in place did not work.
hope this helps someone as i got no replys.
