Lower control arm bushes question

Morning all, busy replacing lower control arm bushes and ball joint - the bushes that go in the chassis have a specific alignment (white mark at the top, tabs horizontal). I notice the 2nd, in-arm bushing has a blue mark presumably also for alignment.

Does anyone know if that mark also goes at the 12 o'clock position in the arm??
