quickie: I'm looking at a 92 lwb prado, will my 31" maxxis buckshots fit it without lifting it? If they will I'll make him a nice low offer

should do mate ....stock tyre size is (was on mine) 265/70/15

Question :?:

Are 15" wheels standard?

Mine has 16"

Don't think i could get 15" on mine, it would foul the brakes.

I have an LJ71 Prado sx, 1993, swb

I now have 235/85 r16's fitted, with Cooper STT's

15" was standard on the LJ78 - with a -20 offest.

I think my truck has upgraded brakes, they were all replaced when i first got the truck, then i had the original 16" alloys replaced with steel modular, i believe at the time they had trouble getting the original alloys back on, i must admit it does stop well.

Sorry for the late reply chaps, been offline a while. Certain trims of the JDM 70's have different brakes which won't fit inside 15" wheels, it sounds like Jimmy's is one of these. Mine also came with 16" alloys and there's no room to decrease in size unless I go for a massive offset.
