metalic paint ...???

anyone know if this paint code is a metalic or not

Thats a two tone colour - The code is a double code colour 1 code = 2 seperate colours I think....

yeah it's a two tone color ... here is a pic of our 78

it's dark green and silver/grey ... but i need to know weather it's a metalic color or not

If you look at http://color-online.glasurit.com/?language=1 and search 24V it come up with TOYOTA 6M1 + 181 24V 1993-1994 , The 6M1 is Dark Green Pearl and the 181 is Blue Silver, both listed as metallic here http://www.uniquecarsandparts.com.au/co ... ta_A-G.htm

The green is made up of blue, yellow, gold, purple and some other random colour pigment you wouldn’t think would make green and has metallics, pearls and a little bit of candy in it. It is a pain to mix correctly even when following the mix ratios on the database. Its very easy for the paint technician to get this one slightly wrong and it has a massive effect on the paint colour so make sure the colour is bang on before painting anything.

i needed to know for when i need touch up paint ... the lanes down here can get quite scratchy ...much to the wife's disgust
