Need a master mechanic

Welcome. We do have some US members on here, but you may have more luck finding a cruiser mechanic local to you if you try this US Land Cruiser forum https://forum.ih8mud.com

…But don't let that stop you from staying and contributing to this club Eva. We're a friendly bunch and there's lots of info on cruisers in general as well as trip reports and such. You'll be most welcome, especially if you say hi once in a while.

I appreciate your response. Just a comment...I didn't see anything on the site that indicated what part of the world this site was supporting. I, of course, assumed it was the U.S. ha ha. Take care!

That's 'cos it's a worldwide site Eva. Everybody that's friendly is welcome as far as I'm aware. We'd love to keep you on board, and if you love your Cruiser, and it gives you that great big grin while you're driving it, then you've come to the right place. The thing is Mud just has a lot more US focussed stuff on it and many members based in what is, of course, a vast country, so for localised questions like yours, Mud is probably going to help most. We have lots of Cruiser owners in the U.K., with Africa and Australia being equally big on membership. There's lots of members from other countries including the US as well and there's a map of members here https://www.landcruiserclub.net/community/usermap?viewuser=10959/ .

I'm guessing your cruiser's sick, but why the need for a 'master' mechanic? Is that a specific term for the US? We would probably look for a mechanic specialising in Landcruisers over here. What's up with your Cruiser? Which one do you have? Tell us more. Dare I mention photos (of the cruiser, naturally)?
