Hi, my name is Jan, living in Bruges, Belgium
My wife and I just have bought a Toyota Landcruiser Trooper in Namibia
The Trooper is from 2012 and has driven 212.300 Km so far.

We want to convert the Trooper to a real Overlander, like shown on the second picture
We have a lot of 4x4 experience in Africa

Hello Jan, I built a VDJ78 Troopy a few years back in Australia before shipping to the UK, I think the best and most used mod is the Alu-Cab roof conversion.

We will start with new suspensions and lift the whole thing, engine expection, also the 4x4 technic, after that we will start with the conversion on an easy way

Check out Alu-Innovations too before you buy the Alu-Cab, A slightly more shaped roof but otherwise pretty much the same for function.
