G'day
Just wanted to share what I have for my 1993 1FZ-FE to help diagnose, trouble shoot my engine ECU as my motor was running very ruff and using heaps of fuel
A guy in Canada has build, engineered a very cost affective OBD1 reader module that connects to your existing 22 pins diagnosis plug and transmits via blue tooth to your Android phone and uses his free app

Another review of the OBD1 here:
http://cmsgt4.blogspot.com.au/2015/09/toyobd1-android-dataloger-for-obd1.html
It works great and costs very little.
It confirmed my O2 sensor was running very rich indeed hence I replaced my VAF/MAF sensor
(got it from China via Aliexpress for only $120 AU including postage)
But in the end I found my head was the issue with No 1 cylinder valve burning out so now my head is going to be replaced
Hope this info may be of help
Cheers
