Hello. I have a problem that I think is weird that noone else seem to have. I'm taking the engine out of my 90, at this point it is completely loose, except, the oil pan is stopping in the traverse in the bottom front of the engine room, so I cant get it far enough forward to disconnect from the shaft. What am I doing wrong, or what am I supposed to do now, take off the oil pan? People are saying this engine is easy to remove, and noone is mentioning this problem it seems? Car is a 2000 90-series manual in Northern Europe. Thanks for any answer!

UPDATE: Okay, so this was solved by removing the starter. It gave me more space to lift, so i could lift the whole engine over the traverse, straight up, without bending it backwards to get it off of the shaft. Hoisting the motor, jacking up the gearbox, hoisting, jacking, as soon as I got it over the traverse, I just pulled it forward and it wad free to hoist all the way up. :)
