As part of my rebuild project this year I am looking at replacing the EFS springs and shocks I have on my 80.

Has anyone here fitted OME's BP-51 remote reservoir shocks to their 80? I'm looking for feed back.

Why are you going away from efs? If you don't mind.

My current setup is to hard.

My 80 will be lighter once finished so the suspension needs changing, I like the idea of being able to adjust the compression and rebound which the BP-51 offers.

I am running OME heavies and cruiser is fairly light and gives a hard ride.

Would love the air suspension on my discovery if you could control by solenoids on the 80. This would be the perfect set up

I haven’t fitted them but I absolutely would. Lots of feedback and real world reviews on mud - worth having a read. Only limitation is if you’re at 3” of lift or more and want a longer shock as there isn’t an ‘L’ option for the BP-51. They are a significant step up from a standard shock.
