I do hope this bit is true but I have seen nothing on our intranet to suggest it.
''The Police Forces of the United Kingdom have decided to show their support for their colleagues in the Armed Forces and have decided to give up one hour of their salaries during April this year in order to raise £millions for Help for Heroes.''
I'm off for a week now so wont be able to check until next Monday.
