PNG keeping it real

Do they not have buses or cabs there ? Crazy.
 
I know someone who went back to PNG and took his Troopy with him, because it was safer for everyone because it had a roof for the rear... normally they had passengers who travelled in the pickup tubs...

Ha, ha, after this article (or rather the event itself) who in their right mind would want to invest in a country so keen to squander money on ‘investments’ with no return, worst still embezzlement of those investments?

My sis-in-law works for the World Bank managing funded projects in PNG, what a nightmare it can be...:?
