Problem Pairing

I recently bought on of these

Has anyone else had any problems getting this type of unit or similar pairing to your phone.I did see on another post,that I cannot find now,someone recommending a similar Aukey model which they seemed very happy with but I just cannot get mine to pair,can anyone help.

Just thought others might like to know, after sending back the Aukey product above I have just "paired" this unit

to my car and it paired first time,dead easy and sound great.
