Quick intro

Just joined so thought i'd drop a quick hello and quick intro...

Just got my 3rd Land Cruiser. Previously had 2 BJ74 and now upgraded to a KZJ90 1996 with 250,000km. (Photos below).

Plans for the 90 are:
- Suspension Lift
- 33s
- Wide arches
and some other bits which will keep it good for everyday use and the occasional off road / green lane excursion

A nice pair i always thought Toyota dropped the ball by not putting a 90 body on a 70 frame .

Wide arches for the 90 won't be easy to find but you can swap the standard positive offset wheels (which are 16x7 i think ?) for zero offset 16x8 without the need for wider arch flares . My 16x10 -30 do stick out past the flares but its never been a problem for me here .

have to agreed there... it would be an awesome truck with the 70 chassis and a 90 body.

We have a local company that sell the slightly wider arches actually and found an online company (from Malaysia) selling the below if any one needs link:

unfortunately here in Malta, it's an MOT failure to have wheels sticking out from the mudguard. Was looking at 16 x 10" modulars with -32 offset and 33 x 12.5" tyres for mine so would definitely need the arches

Funnily enough, that is the least I would have thought would be appreciated on here
