quick question about 80 tyres

quick question got larger than standard off road tyres on my 80 and want road tyres . my friend says he will swap with me but his tyres are 265/70/16 are these suitable for my 80? or too small?

How abit small is abit small?
what is the actuall diff ?
10mm in width is the difference between 275 and 265 and if my calculations are correct about 7mm shorter in height

will i really notice that?

What effect would it have on the truck ?

i've just been out and measured the two tyres my cruiser tyres are 31.5inch tall his tyres are 29inch tall this is a no go it would look like a pram .... they look tiny compared to my tyres

get some 285/75/16s if you want to use it off road.
