Rugged floormats

Got 3D mats in my 120 and they're great. Been there 10 years. Jet wash clean. And most importantly have a ridge all round that stops the water from your wellies sloshing to one side and soaking into the carpet. Can't seem to find them for the 150. They have them for the Lexus GX which I think is the same, but they drive on the wrong side.

So, anyone recommend some mats for a 150 where the water won't run off?
