Hi Tavi,

Where are these photos taken, in your area Râmnicu Vâlcea, or further afield?

You may know, but we’ve got a couple of trucks from the UK and one from Cyprus visiting us in Comarnic (Prahova) for a week starting on 17th August or thereabouts, wondered if you would like to join us.

We don’t overland, but we have a bit of fun with day-trips out from our place in Comarnic. There’s always some Offroad on the mountain or up Valea Doftanei, through the forest.

It might be a change of scene for you depending on how busy you are, and a chance to meet some LC club members...

and there’s free accommodation as with any member...

Hi, Clive!

We took the pictures on Cozia peak. It's a nice place to camp and the view is great if the weather is fine. Pretty close to us, if we don't have much time.

Another nice location (if you want to have some fun without spending to much time to get to the camping place) is our "Cheia".

The track leads to some nice monasteries and it ends at "Cabana Cheia", nice place to visit.

We've been on a short trip there this weekend.

It would be great to see eachother next weekend, but unfortunately we'll be on our way to Albania. We got tired of our Black Sea and we want to try Adriatic Sea ...

Enjoy Albania, I’ve been there several times, but as usual it’s work, and sadly I’ve Seen very little of the place.

Good evening, everyone! It's been a while since I posted something here, so ... I have some news from this summer.

We went camping on a budget, so we tried to arrange our car as long as it was possible to adapt to our needs.

It was the ideal solution to be able to campaign in three (2 adults and a 6 yo boy). What we have done repeatedly this summer. So...here's the proof:

1. Camping on the Danube's shore

brilliant what better way to show that you don't need to spend a fortune on modifications to get out and enjoy your cruiser , especially as you don't have to fill the truck with spare parts like the lamedrover boys

NIce autumn weekend! As you can see, Clive, we try to get closer and closer to Comarnic ...
Day 1 : Rm.Valcea - Poienile Valsanului - Cabana Dobroneagu
Day 2 : Valea Valsanului - Lunca de Sus a Vâlsanului - "cat s-a mai putut de sus, catre Vf. Moldoveanu" - retur.
Day 3 : Poienile Valsanului - Platoul Moliviş - Curmatura Ursului - Transfagarasan - Barajul Vidraru - Curtea de Arges - Rm. Valcea.
