Stock Hzj75 utility with 35s?

Hey guys,
I just purchased a hzj75, my apologys if this is a stupid question, but I don't know that much about the landcruisers currently.
Anyways what is the stock tire size and will 35s fit without having to jack her up or change the diff gearing?
My pickup came with 32's on there already, with a spare set of rims rocking 35' muddys. He reckons he has used the 35s for months without any problems. But I'm not so sure

Not many HD 70's in these parts so not a great deal of knowledge to go on.. don't quote me but I believe the standard tyre size is 215 80 R16 which is miniscule compared with what you can fit in the arches. I'm told you can fit 35's to a light duty 70 series with just a 2" lift so long as you go for narrow ones as the width is the real limiting factor. I don't know how this relates to the HD models though so not a great help, sorry. Jim.
