Suspension recommendations (what, and where from)?

It's been a while but I'm still lurking about. I'm about to fit front and rear steel bumpers and will do a suspension refresh while I'm at it. I'm thinking of changing upper and lower arms on the front too.

So, with the following:
Front and rear steel bumpers.
Fridge/drawer setup.
Potential for 75l water (centre of the cab).
Tent
Fridge, and usual goodies.

I was thinking of a 4cm ish lift all round with probably some slightly tougher springs, but the car will be used mainly unladen (except for the drawer system).

Which suspension set and where is best to get it from? Plus where to get replacement upper/lower arms and bushes etc.?

What else should I change while I'm at it?
