Got fed up of trying to find one that doesn't cost the earth and weigh a gazzilion tons so decided to create my own.
No idea how to post pics though so if someone can help with that would be most appreciated.

Looks good , gotta say when i realised a grands worth of steel bumper is pretty much just an ornament bolted on top of the winch tray i did wonder why i paid it given the hard work is all in the tray .

Go on make a full bumper you know you want to :D
 
The idea looks interesting, but why did you refuse to use standard points of mounting winch?

Stock winch for Prado is Warn 8000 and it could easily be placed inside the bumper.
You are just to remove plates from the front of frame rails in order to insert the winch base supports and cut off the supports from the reinforcement of bumper.

I'm just thinking of installing of ARB winch bar but since now I'll think over stealth technologies like yours :)
