Toyota GSIC - Service Manuals

Has anyone used any of the companies that list manual downloads from Toyota Global Service Information Center?

I’m trying to find the electrical manual for my GCC spec 78. Toyota US has a subscription service for the manuals for NAS cars which I have used and is good, Toyota Europe has the equivalent but I can’t find anything for other territories.

I’ve been sent this link… I don’t know how other than via my enquiry to TME but they haven’t said so. IT’s cheap enough for a gamble but I don’t use Microsoft.
