Turbo Light Burned Out?

Hi, I just purchased a 1996 80 series with the 1HD-FT here in Uganda. Sadly, she's been neglected here in Uganda. I've got a long list of things that need to be sorted out on her, one of which is the turbo light which doesn't illuminate with the ignition key on. Is there a way to confirm the bulb is bad aside from having to pull the dash? Also, can any one provide a part number for the bulb? Thanks so much!

Didn't they remove the turbo light post 1994 or something like that, my 1997 doesn't have the green boost light, only the red overboost light.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I was referring to the red turbo light.
