Upgrading BJ73 standard suspension

Hi, Just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas for simple upgrades to the standard bj73 suspension?

Spring replacements, increase ride height, shocks etc.

It must be possible as plenty of them in Spain have lifts etc. Leaf spring 70 series models may give you options.

Yes, there are a load in Portugal as well, just starting research ;-)...

The vehicle (BJ73)that I bought seems a bit high, and before doing anything to the suspension I would like to check whether the vehicle has been lifted or not. Are they are definitive measurements to check for to see if any modification have been made ?
