Been to collect a load of fish for our lake this morning, and these were going in the bin! As the UK they are a pest (Signal Crayfish)
Still, going to taste good!

Sure they're going to be wonderful but I think I'd rather lick the bin they were destined for instead. Really not a shellfish, seafood lover. Tried it, don't get it. Appreciate these are freshwater, but anything advertised as Taste 'O the Sea' gets a wide berth from me. Essence of old trawler they should call it. Kinda figured the FW ones would taste like mud. No?

There was 2 dustbins full of them! We have split half a dustbin with our neighbour
