Thanks for the replies. Yeah it seems to be a bit of a secret as to what length shocks are needed but here is what I have found out so far.
Suspension stuff said that with 3" flexi coils you Need some shocks with a 425-430mm compressed length and an extended length of 722mm.
What I have found out from auto-craft is you need a front shock with a compressed length of 400mm max including washers and rubbers. And a extended length of 700mm or as long as you can get.
With the rear you need a compressed length of 425mm with 40mm bump stop spacer and extended length of 740mm. But I think this is only for the rox ride pro shocks as they fit a different upper mount in the rear to raise the shock up 24mm so the rear shock is now eye to eye.
