Alternator issue?

Hi guys so yesterday, I started driving and suddenly my car shows these 3 lights but it will flicker like in the video.

Recently I added a relay for my headlight does it have something to do with that?

Bad earth , could be anywhere but all bulbs and tow socket are first and easiest to check for corrosion .

Replaced this part of the alternator and everything is gooddddd
