Get a price from your main dealer TP and ask for discount. They are classed as service items, so may work out cheaper, if not the same price as the middle east.
Stock is the best bet to retain ride comfort.

Check your fusible links off the battery.
Check the wires from the alternator plug, cut back a little of the sheath if you have to.

later H151s have bolt holes to take a gear linkage so that the shifter is in the correct position. H151s are a long gearbox so the shifter can end up in a unworkable position on some landcruisers. H150 is shorter. you will have to do your homework as to what works where..
or H152 if you want...
