it was not with halfords products. i got a specific air con pressure gauge to check if the system was worth re-gassing and then added leak stop and lubrication that was fed into the system first before re-gassing.

looking at some of the winch bumpers available there are some for cars with airbags and some for those without. my question is does it matter which you fit ? i am not really bothered if i have an airbag or not. surely if you are going to use your car offroad it will not take long to accidentally...

i did my 90 recently and it was straight forward to do and it looks way better now its lifted, and gave me the space to fit 33's on. the other good benefit is you can access areas of the underside of the car more easily for working on.

not sure if going to do a lift or not i am just accumulating information and guidance on the issue.

if the clamp bolts do snap, it should be possible to remove the remainig studs and drill holes for using nuts and bolts instead ?
