It's about £18 per litre so of the fluids you chuck in your truck, it's probably the most expensive in terms of £ per litre. From some of the pictures on IH8MUD of AHC fluid, that looks pretty clean so it possibly was changed by the garage. It's also the right colour for AHC fluid.

If you press the Setup button on the central screen and go into General, there is a language option. The will change it for the infotainment system but I don't know whether it will do it for the other dashboard items.
