Waterproof Seat Covers

Does anyone have a reccomendation for a waterproof rear seat cover for a 2012 UK spec Land Cruiser 200 please? I'm based in the UK so a UK supplier would be preferred.

Just about anything UK supplied will be a "universal" fit and not great quality....
Escape Gear are SA based and do perfect fitting model specific seat covers.... they take some beating IMHO ...

Got them on the 80, 100 and 120. Great, great quality and so hard wearing. I doubt they are waterproof though unless anyone can correct me.

They claim "water repellant" ....
Seeing as they are canvas you could probably treat them with a clear tent water proofer such as Fabsil....
I've tried various makes of "water proof" seat covers on my van .....they all move about on the seat and they all eventually loose the water proof lining....
JCB are cheap and work OK for a few years at best....
If the OP just wants to protect the rear seats from dirty dogs then some of the totally line your rear seats and doors types are pretty good but no use for passengers

Put waterproof ones on and Escape Gear on top. They will protect the seat and won't move about.

I too thought about seats covers but I didn’t understand how seat heating and cooling would work if we cover the seat. Now I am just using leather guard spray 2-3 times a year.

Kia has some type of seats that looked like cloth so used Gteqniq smart fabric on them. It forms a water resistant invisible layer so it should work with escape gear canvas seats too without changing its appearance

Have you had a look for a machinist who does waterproof seat covers for the disabled as they have a choice of fabrics cordura or the stuff that surfing or diving suits are made of

I bought a 200 series cover from Extreme Seat Covers but when it turned up, it was miles away from fitting so I ended up with an extra large universal cover which seems OK and will be fine for the dog. The Escape Gear covers are less eye wateringly expensive than I thought they would be so that might be a Xmas present purchase.
