Hi sorry For the delay but we extended our holiday for an extra week. I have found the mirror and its complete with the seal and bolts. I will get some pictures of it and put them up in the next couple of days.

That valve open and closes the small butterfly valve in the throttle body to stop rough shutdown when you turn off the engine. The EGR actuator is the one below that with the black and white filter on.

Hi Tony. If you are looking for another throttle booster try looking at www.4X4works.co.uk. They sell the iDrive EVC Throttle controller. Its similar to the pedal monster but sold in the UK. You will need to look under Prado 120.

Hi Shayne looking at the link to the lance you put up the valve in the middle is marked 1/4 . That looks like the 1/4 inch BSP valves we used at work( British standard pipe thread) if that's any help to you at all.

You could do it yourself while you are in quarantine. Its only a matter of taking the two bolts out, split the joint and cover the inside surfaces with copper grease and reassemble. But glad it worked for you anyway.

stuzbot those buttons on the dash for your aerial are for when you are off-roading. You can lower the height of the aerial so it doesn't get damaged on trees,etc. It doesn't switch the aerial off and will probably reset itself when you turn the ignition off . The only way to stop the thing...

The alarm siren is inside the drivers wing between the battery and the ABS unit. There should be a multi plug on the back. This will kill the noisy bit but dont know if your indicators will still flash or not.

Not sure on the colours for the wiring but I would think that something like an electric aerial switch would work for the support so you can adjust it both ways.

If you have already wired in a relay before, why not wire in another one from the battery to your new fuse box and use the switched feed from your ciggy lighter to power it on. Put a fuse as close to the battery as you can and then fit your relay as normal. This would give you more than enough...
