By the sounds of it it must be for a 105 not a 100, looks good for the money but limited market in the UK.

If its for a 105, then it "should" fit a 80 series.

It's claimed to be a winch bumper, but I can't see where the winch rope opening is in the front face of the bumper, or the access from the top to reach the free spool lever, in the picture. Still a rare item in this market though.

Well as I have a 100 series TJM rear bumper on my 80, see no reason why a 105 series TJM front bumper wont fit on a 80
