2008 LC 200 V8 Diesel engine oil

I doubt whether Toyota actually refine/produce that oil - usually there a few main producers and then resellers will put their own branding/labels.

As long as whatever oil you buy matches the oil specs/criteria in the handbook, you should be fine.

I think thats semi-synth, you probably want fully synthetic in the 200

I don't know what engine you have but if it's a diesel with a DFP, the item you linked is the wrong spec.

You need ACEA C2 spec or it will eat the DFP.

I have a 2008 model without DPF.

From the oil can label, I can see that only
ACEA B5 and API CF are matching with the manufacture recommendations. My LC model is 2008 without DPF.

Mine is 200 with DPF and I am using ACEA C2 5W30. First few oil changes I used Toyota engine oil but now buying 20 litre can of any available make with the correct spec as I am changing oil every 3-5000 miles.
