When I looked (at 79 series) the problem is with getting SVA for anything vaguely new, diesel and RHD. You need old (from memory 10 years, might be 20), or LHD, if you want diesel. Still want a 79!

Just noticed on wikipedia they say the v8 diesel is euro 4 compliant ... not sure if that would help with the SVA?

Its straight forward enough, weve just brought a 79 over, biggest hassle is getting them looked at over there but weve got that covered now
the down side is the cost, add to that £22k the import duty, vat, shipping and handling, mot/IVA etc and it all adds up..
But we can help if anyone wants one though

Hi Stan, Check your link, I clicked on it and my Norton 360 blocked a web attack.

No issues for me, windows 10 with standard anti virus, using google chrome and add blocker plus.
If there was a problem then I would have a red screen and advice not to proceed due to virus/hack etc.

It's working fine now but the first time I got the Norton warning that it had been blocked.
