Hi looking for some advise my landcruiser 150 originally purchased in the UK but now have it here in spain
I've had the car regassed only lasted about weeks went back to the garage that diagnosed a possible leak in the condenser rad
So replace the rad regassed that lasted about 2 months now back at the garage but further investigation that say the pipes are corroded and there
Seeing evidence of leakage in various place's on the pipes so my question is how big of a job is it to do to replace ie cost/labour/time
Also does the shell have to be lifted from the classis apologies for such a long post

Have they put the green dye in to actually confirm where the leak is?

If I recall, mine leaked at the dryer also had a leak where it when through the firewall. Both were super easy to spot after the green dye was added in.

Hi yes
It's the dye that there seeing on the pipes but smaller amounts nothing really obvious but he says the pipes work is very corroded
So will need replacing at some stage but is it a big job as he is saying it will cost thousands and the shell may have to be split from
The chassis so I just wonder if anyone the members have had any issues like this

That is unfortunate. Mine certainly was not that bad and only a couple of leaks in the engine bay.

From memory, the 80 and I think the 150 had the same where the pipes also run to the hear seats. Are those the ones that go under the cab and need replacing?

I suppose you could get a second opinion from someone and compare the two. Or if you trust this person as you have a previous relationship with them then it's an unfortunate thing that needs addressing....
