Adding 2 Stroke Oil

I use 'Carlube' from Morrisons, the spec is JASO-FB and costs £2.00 per 500ml.

It really does quieten things down, but it does add to the cost.

Since reading this thread, I've been adding 300 - 500 ml to each tankful and there really is a difference. My 350k km engine is smoother, holds the hills better without labouring or changing down so early, it seems to have more power and the top cruising speed is a bit higher. Nothing way dramatic, but a definite difference. It's also quieter. I'll use it always from now on!

I want to start doing this now that I have done some reading and just wanted to ask the best source for 2 stroke as it seems crazy expensive in this country compared to SA.
