Anyone else got SNOW?

4" and rising here. Power went off at 06.30. Genny out of petrol and now I have some the bugger won't start.

Good job it's come back on again.

Don't you have one of the inverters?
Cost me a in petrol a few years ago when I ran the boiler, lights etc off the inverter which was connected to the LR which was idling outside. Was fun though be ing the only guy in the neighbourhood with power

Crispin, not sure I can power a house off the inverter in the car. There are limits. Got the back up genny fired up in the end. Then sorted the one that wouldn't run. No drama. Bacon sarnies all round.

Weird. Snowed heavily in Colinton and on the Pentlands for about an hour or so. Tailed off in town by 9:15, just after playing silly-buggers with the rush hour
