Anyone tried to clean the throttle body?

Cleaned the throttle body on my wife's Shogun Pinin the other week and it ran much smoother. My wagon is showing similar symptoms when at a standstill and I think I will do the same (rag, old toothbrush and throttle body cleaner spray).

Not sure if the throttle body is easy to get at on the petrol (lpg) landcruiser but any thoughts appreciated.
