Hello all,

Well today we left Phan Thiet and Mui Ne.
Now Phan Thiet and Mui Ne probably doesn’t mean much to many of you, and perhaps just a very few might have heard about the places, however, if you pop Mui Ne into Google images, you may be surprised.
We trundled our little rented Honda’s into Mui Ne, and a day of water sports.
Today it was, well, it must have been 30 deg or more, and the waves were very strong.
I like good breakers, but these were very good.
I got really battered on more than one occasion, like, pounded onto the sand as I got caught up in the rolling waves.
Here are a few images from the day.
First stop the “bike wash” to wash off the extra kg of mud from some of the previous 1800km from Ha Noi.

First to see about renting a kayak to play around with.

On the way to Sai Gon, I seen this guy carrying 4 x glass tables, and a good few stools.

.
Arriving at Sai Gon train station, and getting the paperwork done, to freight the 2 bikes back to Ha Noi.

Mirrors are taken off, and fuel tanks drained to the “red”, well, they only hold 3,7 litres any way.

.
Then the bikes are wrapped in cardboard, to give some “on the train” protection.

.
Then into the passenger part of the train station to buy our tickets back to Ha Noi.
The train is 2 nights and a day, so we get sleeper berths.

Hope you enjoyed some of them.
