My auto box works perfectly, apart from changing into top at nearly 50mph. I'm not sure if this is right.
Is it an easy adjustment that any garage with the right gear can do? Or, is it something I could do?
Box has had fresh oil and is perfect in all other respects.
If help is needed, does anyone know where to go near Farnham or Fleet ?

Well My auto Colorado changes into top gear (4th) at about 55 mph.

So that could be normal?

If it is am 80 then that is about right, mine use to do it about 55mph. Sinch I changed to larger tyres and lower diffs it is about 45mph now.

The speed the torque converter locks at is dependent on load so under light load it will lock from 40mph upwards and accelerating to get up to say 60mph could easily mean it doesn't lock till 50mph. The torque converter locking is often mistaken for being another gear change btw ;)
