auto sticking in park

my 1991 landcruiser auto sticks in park, will not release, when pressure is applied on foot brake............help! I am away on hols its urgent.


I checked all rear bulbs, all ok..........it was the stop light fuse.........thanks anyway........Mick.

Check both brake light bulbs

Had this myself after reversing a trailer and breaking the light cluster. Blew the brake light fuse and wouldn't come out of Park without pressing the red button.
