I brought a fold up BBQ made by Son Of Hibachi, it is an amazing bit of kit for overlanding..

That is quite clever - I like how it lights the charcoal, a bit like a weber chimney. The only problem with those type of braais are that they don't allow enough air in under the charcoal once you start braaing but I suppose that is only really a problem if you are cooking for more people (or stuff like chicken).
