Camping food

I was just idle browsing through camping checklists looking for things i forgot and came across instant pancake mix - just add water which i thought was a good enough idea to share and it would also give me an excuse to ask - what have i forgotten ?

2 weeks in a tent without a test run i'm bound to be missing something

It would take me a week to list it lol to summarize the way i put the list together was - kitchen - bathroom - beer and light . I was thinking more of quirky things people have collected and found to be far more useful than they ever imagined .

Well in order of priority in each section..a good knife, wet wipes, bottle opener (knife handle) and a good headtorch!
seriously tho i always strip it back to basics, most of my travels have been light weight motobike trips and you really get by with not a lot, but the above are essential! Oh and a coffee press ;-)
