Wheel studs, had a couple of punctures this week, went to local tyre place who repaired them ok, however when they put the front wheel back on they did the nuts up with the windy gun & stripped the thread on one stud, they deny doing it saying the nut was loose when they took it off, i know different, so can i get one stud & is it yota only ?

Funny that you mentioned it. I also had my tyres changed about a month ago and the guys tightened the wheel nuts as you should - with a torque wrench.
2 weeks ago I took tyres off again to check brake shoes and one of the stud nuts had broken off
The stud nuts are available at Toyota. I was quoted £2.41 for a back wheel stud and £5.84 for the front. When it came to replacing mine, I found that my back wheel actually had front stud nuts
So they must be intechangable, although I must say that the front studs seem a bit more robust than the back ones.
