Clicking and gurgling right to footrest. Seems to be AC flap?

Hello forum! I believe I got this nailed, but I first wanted to run by some experts to check that that is indeed the case.

In my Land Cruiser 120, D4D 3.0, a faint clicking and gurgling sound started to be heard while both ignition on, and driving. I just investigated and found this small piece of white plastic that is moving. I believe it to be what controls the air conditioning direction. Is this correct?
I am not able to accurately find the name of the piece. Is this the air conditioning flaps servo?
