Recently bought a 100 series amazon and while its mostly ok there is a problem with the batteries discharging overnight. Nothing is left on and the only indication is a reluctance for the charge level to come up on starting with all the warning lights staying on.

Alternator?

If all the dash lights are on 99% that it's the alternator. Or at least a loose connection to/from it.

Thanks for that. The dash lights do go out (after a short while) the charge level comes up and the alternator is charging but when left overnight the batteries discharge.

Disconnect the batteries and see if they still lose the charge overnight.

A proper battery test is the answer. Trickle charge for 12 hours, leave standing a few hours for surface charge to dissipate and test with a heavy discharge tester. This will determine the health of the batteries. If the batteries survive this test then the problem lies elsewhere but in my experience with those symptoms the batteries are at the end of their life.
