One of my steering ball joint rubber shrouds is starting to crack with age---bit like me---so I need to replace it. The ball joint itself is OK.

Does anyone know of a stockist?

Roger

bet a ball joint aint mush more money, best off findong someone thats changing an old one out and rob the boot off it before they throw it away, come to think of it I may have some on an old track bar in the garage I will have alook for ya

I spoke nicely to my local privately owned motor factor shop and he bought out a box full of the rubber bits. They were about £1.50 - £2 each iirc.

I always used to ride bare back, but that's got nothing to do with this thread. :shh:

Cheers guys. I'll get my vernier out and nip down to Sureparts.

I've sent my cheque for Lincombe. Who else is going?

Roger

Was there an aftermarket part number Roger, it could be useful in the future
