I am busy overhauling my 80's head cylinder and saw the exhaust manifold is cracked.

The problem is, I can't get one exhaust bolt loose the head is stripped (round) that is on the turbo exhaust manifold.

Anyone with ideas?

Irwin nut and stud removers. Brilliant. Round nut? Not a problem.

When we took Muxley's zorst off, we heated up the nuts to cherry red first & they just popped off... Might be worthwhile doing similar if you can...

And, yup, Irwin sockets essential kit for you ;-)

I bet they did Gav. I know mine would.

Hi, if you have access you can try welding a large nut (through the center)onto the offending bolt, let it cool so the heat will transfer into the cylinder head and it should come undone quite easily,a mig or gas welder is will be your best bet, thanks Wayne
