Fog light Horn issue

1997 Landcruiser.. WOke up this morning and the fog lights are on. Hmm

Goi to turn them off via the switch on the left headlight control arm and the horn comes on. It will stay on until I turn off the fog lights or try to via the same switch. The horn goes off but the lights are still on.

I unplugged the left fog light at the bulb and they both went out. Car starts, I forgot to test the horn.

Has anyone heard of this? ANy ideas?

Well in the middle of the night I get a phone call from the police telling me that my car horn is going off.

SO now the horn circuit is energized as well as the fog lights.

Anyone have any idea what is going on here?

Nope, never heard of that, relay? bad earth perhaps?
